We specialize in the sale of new and used cars as well as recreational products, and we offer service and repairs in our workshop. Since autumn 2022, we have been located in modern premises in the Färnäs Kvarn shopping area in Mora Noret, where we have consolidated our operations to create an even better experience for our customers. Mora Motorcenter is growing, and we now need to strengthen our organization with a customer service representative/service advisor who wants to contribute to our continued development.

About the role

As a customer service representative and service advisor, you are an important part of the business and often the first contact the customer has with us. You meet our customers, listen to their needs, and ensure they have a professional and smooth experience at Mora Motorcenter. A central part of the job is to plan and book work for our vehicle technicians and follow up on customer cases so that each customer feels well taken care of and is eager to return to our authorized workshop.

The job also involves maintaining ongoing contact with customers, selling services and products based on customer needs, and managing orders for spare parts, accessories, and consumables. The role also includes administrative tasks, making good computer skills an advantage.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in the automotive industry, preferably with previous work as a customer service representative or service advisor. You are driven, goal-oriented, and have a strong commitment to your work. To thrive in this role, you need to be structured, have a good sense of order and tidiness, and value a high level of service where the customer is always at the center. You are social, communicative, and enjoy working in a role where you meet people daily.

The position requires a B driver's license. As part of our authorized operations, ongoing training related to our brands and systems is also included.
